BOOKING INFORMATION

We know reading policies isn’t fun — but neither are mal-aligned expectations. Unfortunately there’s just no way to keep it brief. Guests are responsible for reading BRTP Policies in full, but here is the quick, nitty-gritty information:

  • Booking confirms acceptance of all BRTP Policies. Refunds will not be made for failure to read policies in advance of booking. Please call in advance with any questions.

  • No refunds for cancellations. Date adjustments are dependent upon availability and must be arranged at least two weeks before the start date of a reservation. No alterations other than extensions for holiday weekend reservations.

  • Sites are for one RVIA certified camper (no homemade campers, no car camping, no tents, horse trailers with advance permission only) with a self-contained, full bathroom for 2 adults, 4 children, and 2 pets per site with 1 vehicle. Additional people, vehicles, and any trailers have associated nightly fees and must be paid during booking to guarantee availability. No refunds for booking with an unapproved camper.

  • All RVs must arrive and park before dark in the 28792 zip code for safety and liability reasons. No exceptions.

  • 2-night minimum on weekends, 3-night minimum on holiday weekends. No Saturday check-ins booked online. On-line reservations must be booked more than 24 hours in advance.

  • Reservations longer than 28 nights must be made by phone (828.595.9588). Please read the information on our Extended Stay page before calling.

  • Our Bath House is currently closed to the public for renovations.

  • Reservation allows use of property by registered guests only. Any visitors must be registered with the office in advance and are $5 per person per day. Prices double when unregistered guests are found on site and fees will be charged directly to the credit card on file. Guests must park in designated guest parking spots. Management reserves the right to limit visitors and visitor vehicles at all times. Visitors may not bring pets.

  • Complimentary WIFI is included (no streaming), but our treed, mountain location makes WIFI extremely spotty and connection is not guaranteed. We do not provide cable.

Making a reservation implies acceptance of all BRTP Policies.
