* Additional Administrative Fee for reservations completed by phone (8%). (No charge for group reservations initiated by phone.)

* We keep our pricing fair for all guests (no additional discounts for Good Sam, military, senior citizens, etc. — with so many other amazing contibutors to society like first responders, teachers, medical professionals, social workers, etc. we choose to avoid playing favorites and price fairly for all guests).

* Our WiFi is spotty and not strong enough to stream. Our cell service is wonderful.

* We are a smoke-free property.

* We require check-in before sunset in our zipcode (28792).

* No Saturday Check-Ins

* 2-Night Minimum on weekend stays

* 3-Night Minimum for Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day Weekends
