From I-26, take exit 49A toward Bat Cave (64E). The campground entrance is 5 miles down on the right.
If you are coming on I-40, stay on I-40 all the way to 26E, DO NOT take any GPS suggested shortcuts (these will take you down narrow, curvy roads with vehicle length restrictions).
